We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic bicycle sales professionals to help serve our bike riding clients.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and sell bicycle apparel, accessories and parts
• Help customers select new bicycles: ask appropriate questions, guide buyer through sizing & fitting process, demonstrate safe use, answer questions, close sale
• Answer frequent phone calls in a friendly, professional, helpful manner
• Take payments (in person, by phone & online) quickly, accurately and efficiently using Lightspeed Point-of-Sale software
• Keep a clean & organized work area
• Participate in ongoing educational, training and team building activities

Qualifications:

• Broad knowledge (from personal experience) of bicycles and bike riding
• Strong desire to help people, coupled with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Excellent reference/s from past employer/s 
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and initiative to find needed tasks
• Attention to detail and desire to be accurate in all tasks
• Strong work ethic & commitment to be honest, ethical, reliable & punctual
